Legal Question in Business Law in Minnesota

website

Plenty of other sites even jackass perform stunts like Graphic or gratuitous violence your video shows someone being physically hurt, attacked, or humiliated as long as they agree to the terms and privacy policy its ok, correct?

Is it ok to take the terms of use and privacy policy from another site and just change the name and have it legally approved by an attorney?

Paying out money for a video that has been uploaded to a site, is ok? The reason being is that the video was rated the highest by other users.

Re: website

Unless you don't mind being sued for TM and (c) infringement, you would be wise to enlist the aid of legal counsel before posting ANYTHING on a website you create, develop, or host.

This is especially true if you sell access or have ads on it, since your liability may go to your PROFITS made.

Re: website

The idea itself is a recipe for lawsuits in many diffferent ways. First, ithere is significant potential liability for persons injured by performing stunts encouraged by the site.

Second, there are many different legal issues including copyright involved with using a person's likeness on a website, partuicularly where there may be financial gain.

This is an issue and an idea that must be thought through careful.
