When a person has a credit card is this a legal contract?

What can happen if not able to pay for it?

Yes. There is a contract obligation. However, I work with businesses and individuals who become unable to pay their credit cards and frequently work out payments for less than amount due, without filing bankruptcy. Let me know if you wish to discuss further./
