Son has power of attorney

Mother in law cosisgned a car lease for her daughter

Is she legaly bound to this lease?

Perhaps not if legally incompetent.

I would need to review facts and case details to fully advise, including facts around execution of co-signed lease. It may be possible to annull the lease.
