Re: seizure of vehicle with a bank lien

If your vehicle was seized as part of a criminal investigation, it will not be returned until the investigation has been concluded. if you received a Notice that it is being forfeited since it was involved in a criminal offense, you must file a lawsuit, a Petition, to sue the municipality seeking to forfeit the vehicle and seek its return.
