Legal Question in Criminal Law in Minnesota
My son has 11 charges
My son has 11 charges on him. One felony credit card tranaction w/ no consent one gross misdeamnor for the same. A DUI, obstructing the legal process, a couple disorderly conduct and like 4 minors. He always seems to get off. What does his sentence look like? Plus he has a warrant in another county.
