vehicle accident

when a vehicle has been in an accident, who is responsible. the owner of the vehicle, who loaned it to a person, or the actual driver of the vehicle, at the time of the accident. there was no insurance on the vehicle, and the driver who borrowed the vehicle knew this at the time he borrowed it.

The insurance on the vehicle covers all imediate damages. It is the first payor for damages
