Legal Question in DUI Law in Minnesota

I have a ND license got a DUI in Minnesota in 2004. I did everything required by law, I got pulled over in MN the other day, they told me my driveing priviledges were still revoked in MN because I did not pay a 685 dollar reinstatement fee. I am confused, I already paid ND reinstatement fee.

If you recceived a DWI in Minnesota, and your license was revoked, you must reninstate your license in Minnesota in order to drive in the state. ND will revoke your license based on their laws. To drive in that state, you must follow any protocols for reinstatement in that state.
