Re: Second minor consumption

Unfortunately, your problems are likely two fold. First, you are faced with a new minor consumption charge which is a misdemeanor and punishable by up to 90 days in jail. Second, the new violation likely is a probation violation on the previous charge wherein the Judge stayed jail time. As a result, you may have two fights onyour hands and either may result in a jail sentence.

I would suggest that you contact legal counsel immediately. For a consultation call 612.240.8005.
