Legal Question in Family Law in Minnesota

My child's mother filed a motion and notice of motion to change custody, parenting time, and support. If I am asking for different changes than she is within support, custody, and visitation (i.e. she is asking for supervised, I am asking for an actual time schedule to be written in the order vs. "reasonable parenting time" is this considered a "new issue" on my responsive notice as far as service and filing time frames go?
