Legal Question in Family Law in Minnesota

How can I get my divorce decree. It was official on feb 1st and my lawyer will not return my calls. I need a copy and have not received one.

You can get a copy at the courthouse in the county where you were divorced. You can send a letter with a payment for the copy but be sure to include your court file number and your name. To find out the cost of getting a copy (you can get a certified copy or just a regular copy), you can usually call the Court Administrator or check the website mncourts.gov.
