Divorce and Real Estate

My husband got the house and all the bills in the divorce. He has now let the house go into forclosure. Am I responsibile for any and all bill incurred by this forclosure? I'm not sure if my name is still on the loan.

If your name is on the loan, your credit would be affected and, should there be any deficiency, you would be equally liable to the creditor.
