Effects of custody

I am seeing a guy who is going through a divorce. His ex is pregnant with his child and due in a month. Will him seeing me affect his custody since they are not officially divorced yet?

No.

Minnesota is a "no fault" divorce state. Seeing another person will not affect the custody case
