Legal Question in Family Law in Minnesota

can he get 'em?

Our final court date is Tuesday Oct. 9. My soon to be ex husband put me through mediation, he did not agree there and we went to evaluation. He either failed or did not comply with the urinalysis. I did everything that was asked of me (and passed), can he still get visitations? Overnights? We have a 3 (Girl) and a 41/2 (Boy) year old. Ex has a 1 bedroom and sleeps them in the same room, this is also a concern for me as they have had their own rooms for a year and a half. He will not communicate at all and turns his phone off during his visits. I am worried because I am in a relationship with a woman and he uses this against me. I am terrified to hear the outcome and pray that God will do what is right for my children.

Re: can he get 'em?

You would need to take the matter to court and request that, if he is going to have visits at all, that his visitation be supervised. Please contact me if you would like to discuss this matter further. We offer a free initial consulation.
