Legal Question in Family Law in Minnesota

Can someone tell me what this form is:

Affidavit of child support officer opposing motion for modification

I recieved this after months of threats from my exwife of asking me to either pay for her share of daycare or she would go to the court and increase support. This on top of all of the assistance she currently gets.

She lost her job in March and has been at me forever. Finally, it appears, she went to court to modify. Am I reading this correctly that the CS Officer has declined her motion? Or what does it mean.

My ex has also threatened that I will have hundreds if not even thousands of back support, however I was under the impression they will only back date to the date the motion was filed, not to when she lost her job. Is this correct as well?

Child support may only be modified retroactively to the date a Motion is filed. As a result, there is no worry about arrears. With regard to the affidavit, I would have to read it, but on its face it would apear to oppose the motion for modification.
