grandparent rights

My grandson lives with the mother, my son the father is incarcerated till april, I have been denied seeing the grandson after cps got involves and the mother has some legal problems with that. the question how do get visitation, i watched that child every week for almost a year till the cps involvement.

You would be required to seek a lawyer and intervene in the Child Protection Proceeding to seek grandparent's Rights . You would have standing to do so if your son was adjudicated the father as part of a Paternity Proceeding.

The Court decidees such issues based on what is in the best interests of the child.
