Legal Question in Family Law in Minnesota

My parents have legal guardianship over my niece. They would like to send her to live with me. I am her aunt. They hope that she will do better in school where I live. She currently lives in Arizona and I live in Minnesota. Will I be able to enroll her in school here? What do we need to do to give temporary guardianship of her to me?
