i wanna leave home

can i sign papers to leave my home when im 16? and have nothing to do with my parents? can i get something i think is called amanspation so i can leave?

It requires a lot more than just signing papers. My understanding has always been that it requires an order of the Juvenile Court. Then you would not really be on your own, but would have some social worker keeping track of how you were doing.

It may require parental consent, but your local military recruiter may have a program which could get you out of the house before age 18. Try talking with them. At least you would then be able to propose something substantial about where you were going to go and how you were going to support yourself.
