How to get Accident Claim Checks

I need to know what I need to do to get my childrens checks from my ex-wife. I currently have a HRO against her. Which is good for1 year. Our children are minors so therefore, both of us have to sign each check along with each child.

Have your attorney send a Demand Letter certified mail with a short deadline. Then if no cooperation you will need a Court Order.
