Legal Question in Intellectual Property in Minnesota

I was wondering if the term "Portable Grand Piano" and "Portable Grand Pianos" are copyrighted or trademarked by Yamaha. I asked their legal department and they do not know. Could I register a domain using these terms legally?

Any franchise attorney will say the relevant inquiry is whether it's trademarked or not. Incredible their legal department doesn't know the answer to this question. You can do an online search of the USPTO.gov website and find out. Consult with a good business or franchise attorney in your area for specific advice.
