Legal Question in Employment Law in Minnesota

If I am let go because recent medical restrictions make me unsuitable to continue in the job I am currently doing, at age 62 what is my best course of action? Thank you.

1st- Apply for UE Benefits if termination not voluntary

2nd- Eliminate potential rehire under different conditions

3rd- ensure you are not covered by Family Medical Leave Act or Americans with Disability Act

4th- Seek new suitable employment or determine if you are disabled for purposes of Social Security Act
