can I terminate an employee for suspicion of drug solicitation?

Most likely yes, unless there is contractual reason prohibiting it (e.g. employment contract, CBA). Most employees are "at-will" and can be fired for any reason or even no reason. Unless you firing the employee for an illegal reason (i.e. illegal discrimination), you should be fine.
