Wrongful termination

I was wrongfuly terminated release of confidential information and I need to know what information or documents will an attorney need in order to represent my case and what kind of evidence does the employer need to prove I released confidential information?

First, you should have an attorney determine if the information was truly confidential or otherwise protected.

Second, proof would need to establish it was intentional distribution, which could be done either through documentation (e-mail, or other paper trail) or testimony ( "He handed me the trade secrets at lunch.")
