Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Minnesota

Adult child eviction notice

I live in Minnesota. I am 22 and live at home with my parents, never paying rent or having a lease. Are they required to serve me an eviction notice, or can they kick me out at the drop of a hat? I may need to hire a lawyer. Please email me at [email protected]

Thank you very, very much.

Re: Adult child eviction notice

If you don't pay rent, you are a guest, not a tenant. Your parents can kick you out without an eviction notice.
