Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Minnesota

I have owned a home for 5 years. My fiance', or I should say ex-fiance' has lived with me the entire time. We are now in seperate bedrooms. He has contributed about 25% to the monthly living expenses. Now he says he wants a renters credit from me. Do I have to comply...there is no written renters agreement.

Yes you must provide him with a MZ CRP.

You can also evict him on 30 days notice via Court UD.
