Re: Signing employers' anti-sexual harassment policy statements

An employer can show an employee any policies they may have. In fact, the law imposed upon the employer an affirmative obligation to make employees aware of their sexual harassment policies or face strict liability for any subsequent harassment. Further, the employer can make the employee sign any form that states the employee has reviewed the policy. If the employee has not reviewed the policy, that should be noted on the form.
