Legal Question in Traffic Law in Minnesota
my car was towed from a townhome guest parking spot. i was not notified of this until 40 days after it was towed. i filed a stolen vehicle report the day it went missing and contacted my ins co, they began a claim. what is my recourse?

probably nothing, do you live in the town homes? Were you a guest? Probably a policy that a car can not sit there that long, and its private property so not much you can do is my guess.
