children yet to be born

Hi,

I am married w/ a child on the way. Can I add the baby before he/she is born under children to my legal will?

I commonly make reference to "children" in wills as a category that includes all those here now plus any born or adopted prior to death.

You could do something like that for now if you like. I would still advise a revised will after the child is here which specifically names the child.
