Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Minnesota

Executor of my father's Revocable Living Trust ''stealing'' assets from the estate

My father's revocable trust states,''All of my real and personal property are to be divided EQUALLY among my 3 children''- continues to state my father's 3 children (my siblings) full names. The executor of my father's trust is one of the beneficaries (my sibling). The attorney for the estate (the beneficary, which is also the executor, persuaded my father to change attorneys to this particular attorney that the executor chose.) will not disclose to me my father's assets which were to be divided equally. I have discovered current statements of CD's that were my father's. I contacted this bank & I was informed these CD's were redeemmed by the executor. At least 2 yrs. or more have passed and this and many other of my father's assets (which I have proof of) have also been redeemed, were not listed on the inventory nor did I receive ANY of THESE assets (mutual funds, bonds, etc.)as my father's trust instructed. I did receive some $ from other assets. Estate/Dad had NO DEBTS! Also the executor sold real estate my father owned (in the trust) for one forth of the fair market value, thus causing quite a loss to the estate.I hired an attorney, which cost me $10,000,no help!I would greatly appreciate your time & help in this matter, thank u.

I have quite a bit of experience with this type of case. It appears that this case would require a lawsuit if your previous attorney could not get anywhere after spending $10k. Of course, I don't know what the former attorney did, and the first thing would be to review it and see if there is any way to resolve this amicably. A lawsuit of this type is always very emotionally draining. Feel free to call and discuss if you are interested in retaining me.
