Legal Question

my parents are both deceased. their home is listed as the estate of them. they have many leins on the home. i would also like to add my fathers funeral as a lein since i just received a judgement for it. My sister and i both signed the funeral bill. can i force a sale on the property. All the kids are willing except one who has taken over the house.
