Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Minnesota

Wills or living trust

My mothers property and assets only add up to around 150,000 at most. All of her five children would like to see it all go to the sister who has lived with her for over thirty years. Will a simple will be ok, would probate cost very little considering the size of her estate? Will my sister still be able to live there during probate. What do you think probate would cost? Should we consider a living trust instead, I know that would cost several hundred dollars in Title cost and other minor costs. What do you think? Thanks Dave

Re: Wills or living trust

Consult an estate planning attorney that can review all the assets and figure out the best way to deal with everything. You're going to want one if you decide to go the trust route anyway.
