Conditions for Probation
Does a circuit court judge have the right to specify as a condition of probation no contact between two adults that were engaged to be married, even if the person being put on probation had no previous record or arrests?

A Circuit Judge can do much. Is the condition of probation related to the crime? That would tell me a lot.
