Sheriff George H. Payne, Jr is my sheriff he has beaten, tasered,and killed prissoners in the Harrison County Jail System everytime he is put on trial his case is thrown out for the fact of his (connections) thus no one will testify against him. The last time he was suied he got off because the judge was his poker friend which was found out later after the ruling. What should be done?

Contact the FBI or the Mississippi Attorney General with any information of a crime by the Sheriff. Contact the Mississippi Supreme Court's Clerk to file a complaint when a judge acts unethically.
