is miss code annot(1972) section 63-11-130 still in effect? also what exactly does in physical control of vehicle entail? are there time frames also with this?

There is no 63-11-130. 63-11-30 is the DUI statute. .08 is the new limit. physical control is generally viewed as, "are the keys in the car and the driver behind the wheel?"
