In termination services of lawyer over poor performance, is it legal or ethical to send copy of letter to judge who signed court order

if you are dissatisfied with the Attorney it would probably be libelous to send a letter to the Court complaining about the Attorney and in all likelihood would have no effect on the case at all. It would depend, really, on the reason for dissatisfaction and without disclosure of that reason an opinion as to the effect of a letter (or whether or not to write it and send it to the Court) cannot be made.
