death by car accident
My son was killed in a car accident on 2-17-00. We had good insurance on the vehicle. Should our liability paid more than just $1000 in medical expenses & the payoff on the vehicle? I don't really understand what it should have paid. Some people say it should have paid more & I am just not sure. Is there a time limit on trying to find out information?

Your message does not indicate the total
medical costs that were incurred. If your
son was killed almost immediately, then
his medical bills will be very low. Due
to the time lapse from the time of the
accident, it would be important that you
contact an attorney immediately for further
advice on a case like this. Your message
does not indicate who was at fault in
causing the accident.
