Legal Question in Employment Law in Mississippi

Bounced Paycheck and No Insurance

At my company paychecks have bounced for the past two months. Also two weeks ago we found out our insurance was never paid for by the company but our premiums are being taken out. Fees for extended coverage were never paid also. Have memos stating new insurance would kick in on 9.15.06 and we still do not have coverage. Everyone has copies of everything they have signed and we all want to know what can be done, legally about this.
