wrongful death suit
While I was in the process of having a tenant legally evicted, the property the tenant was staying in burned down from two space heaters the tenant had bought and plugged in. Now the family wants to sue me for wrongful death. Do they have a case?

You need to have a MS personal injury atty review your LEASE and your INSURANCE POLICY ASAP.
Were you AWARE of space heaters?
Were they ALLOWED by the LEASE?
What was the eviction based on?
