Legal Question in Legal Ethics in Mississippi

privacy act

I'm a graduate student in Mississippi.I am writing a paper that should describe how I would defend the notion that what two consenting adults do in the privacy of their domicile are legally protected; therefore prostitution should be legalized if it is restricted between two consenting adults. Cases or any other referece will be greatly appreciated.

Re: privacy act

Prostitution is legal only in certain counties in Nevada. Anti-prostitution laws have been upheld as constitutional for decades. You will probably not find any support for your propositionin the body of law in this area.
