What is the legal term for loss of ability to persue happiness. ex. unable to play golf,horseback ride ,water ski orpursue other physical activities.

What you refer to is sometimes characterized as "hedonic" damages or loss of enjoyment of life. Another way it is expresssed, based on your description of the curtailment of activity is as physical impairment causing unwanted lifestyle changes.
