Deeds are recorded in the Chancery Clerk's office in the Courthouse. The tax assessor has information as to who is being sent the tax bill, but that info is generally a year behind. Get the address go to the tax assessor's office and get the recording info. Then go to the Chancery Clerk's office and find the deed. Then go to the index and bring it up to date. Simple. Or you could hire a lawyer to do it.
