Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Mississippi

mom left no will

what are we suppose to do when it comes to moms place? she wanted it left in the family to all of us, and we are okay with that, but don't we have to do somthing? i mean get it in our names, where do we start?

court house? we don't know!

An estate must be set up. Probate laws require an attorney process the matter. If that is the only asset , it will not be expensive. Good luck.
