St. Louis Public School Retirement Fund
Can the pension fund for the St. Louis Public Schools' employees be accessed with or without the express permission of the Retitrement Board? If the pension fund can be accessed, under what circumstances can this occur and what is the statute that covers said access? If the pension fund can not be accessed, what is the staute that prevents said access.
