Legal Question in Business Law in Missouri

I want to set up an LLC called "Advanced Retirement Strategies". I checked the Missouri fictitious name registration site, and someone already has that name registered. My question is, is it legal that I could set up and operate under an LLC with the name "Advanced Retirement Strategies, LLC" . Obviously, I could never (in print, online, etc) refer to my company as simply "Advanced Retirement Strategies" , rather I would always have to use the "LLC" at the end of the name.

Is that possible? Or do I have to scrap the name, and come up with a new one?

Based upon the facts you described, you may be able to use the name you purposed. But there may be stratification trains not to use such a common curiae name.

Good luck
