Legal Question in Technology Law in Missouri

I ordered the Name Change Kit for MO and recieved the Name Change Divorce kit. I am NOT getting a divorce, I have changed my name over 30 years ago, but never my birth certificate. Now the state of MO wants a BC to renew your license. My SS and DL have been changed for years. I need to change the birth certificate also. I was cahrged for the wrondg pdf file, and I would either like a full refund, or the correct forms. Thank you in advance, Chairety Greer

Have you contacted the company to ask them for a refund or the correct forms? That's the first step.
