somebody uses my information for a loan like my address and phone # in which i didnt authorized at all. what is my legal option for this person

First you must inform the lender, so that you can sever your liability for any loan or credit extended. Then you can sue the fraudulent apllicant. What exactly you would sue them for, depends upon the specific facts of your case.
