Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Missouri

I'm a paralyzed Vet from the US Navy medicaly retired so my income comes thru the VA and SS Disadility. A few years ago I wanted to try and keep my upper body in shape so i got a boflex after the salesman assured me that id be able to use it or return it.I cant use it and couldnt find out the number for thier finance dept. I just got served for a court date for being sued by Arrow Financial Services LLC Assignee of Household Bank Nevada for not paying my credit card. I live in MO and never received a credit card. what should i do? they're wanting the original amount, intrest and court fees.

You have a limited time in which to decide whether to defend this action. Wait too long and a judgment by default will be taken against you. But, since you seem to have little, if any, assets to collect from, it may not be worth your time and money to defend this case. Before you make that decision, you need advice specific to your situation. Many attorneys offer a free or low cost initial consultation.
