Re: drug traffiking

If you are involved in a situation like you describe in your post, you are on the right track seeking legal advice. However, it is my personal opinion that an attorney would have to know a lot more factual information before he or she could give you any competent legal advice. If you are charged with a drug crime, there is no doubt that you need the best criminal defense attorney you can get to represent you. If you are unable to afford a private attorney then ask the court to appoint a public defender. Then, as soon as you have your own attorney tell your attorney everything and get your legal advice from your attorney and no one else. Also, do not delay. If others were involved, they may "cooperate" with law enforcement authorities against you. If you are in the Eastern half of the state and would like a free telephone consultation you may call me at 314-727-2822. I have handled hundreds of criminal defense cases.
