Teh fact that the arresting officers were termianted for moral turpitude can help in yoru defense to a DWI charge. Your attorney may even get the charges dismissed, since htere may be no one to testify that they observed you driving. Make sure your attorney knows about the firing of the officers. If you do nto have an attyorney and need a referral, I may able to find someone to represent you. Or, you can consult the phone bookm an internet search engine, or the Missouri Bar web site.

Good luck

I would agree with the prior response that a competent defense attorney may be able to get the case dismissed by setting the case for trial. If you are located in the Eastern part of the state and if you are not already represented, I may b able to offer my services to you. I have handled hundreds of DWI's in the thirty-three years Ihave been practicing law. Please feel free to call.
