if one were facing their 4th dwi charge and left the state, how far would missouri go to persue / extradite that person?

Unfortunately, a fourth-offense lifetime can be filed in Circuit Court as a Class C Felony. Accordingly, Missouri would aggressively seek extradition from wherever you might be found. Some of the more aggressive counties in Missouri will even extradite from another state for first offenses. Matt Guilfoil
