What does "case passed" mean when neither party shows up for their divorce? How do you get it back on the docket asap?

"case passed" is a court or district specific term. Hve your attorney call the clerk of the judge before whom the divorce wa set. They can ask them how to get a hearing scheduled. If you are going it alone, then call the clerk yourself
